The Main House contains five bedrooms, each with their own ensuites. There are three rooms with twin single beds, one wheelchair accessible room with twin single beds and one room with a queen bed.
These rooms all feature a wardrobe, a table, a chair and lamps. These rooms come equipped with a heater and an electric blanket for the comfort of guests. All linen is supplied, but please bring your own shower soap, shampoo & other toiletries.

The Flat
(Single Room)
On Peak - Public and School Holidays.
$140/night for up to 2 guests
(excluding children 14 and under).
Off Peak - All other dates.
$60/night for 1 guest.
or $120/night for 2 guests
(excluding children 14 and under).
Children 14 years old and under stay free and are not counted toward the guest limit.

Room one has an accessible ensuite bathroom with rails, and in shower bench seat. It has wheel chair access and is suitable for people with mobility issues.
There are twin single beds, making this an ideal room for a person with mobility issues to share with their carer.
As with all our rooms there is a wardrobe, table, chair, lamps and is well heated for your comfort. Guest rooms are equipped with a heater and an electric blanket for the comfort of guests. All linen is supplied but please bring your own shower soap, shampoo & other toiletries.
A hair dryer is also provided. Handwash is provided but please bring your other toiletries. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub in which to luxuriate and relax.
Separate Cottage
(Two bedrooms)

$210/night for up to 3 guests.
$70 per additional guest
(maximum 4 guests, excluding children 14 and under).
Off Peak - All other dates.
$120/night for up to 2 guests.
$60 per additional guest
(maximum 4 guests, excluding children 14 and under).

A separate two-bedroom cottage. The main room has a double bed, wardrobe and views to the rural landscape. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The cottage contains a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and laundry area, kitchen, lounge and workroom/office area. There is a wood burner in the lounge.
As with all our rooms, there is a wardrobe, table, chair and lamps. Guest rooms are equipped with a heater and an electric blanket for the comfort of guests. All linen is supplied but please bring your own shower soap, shampoo & other toiletries.

The Whole Site
(Exclusive use of all facilities)
On Peak - Public and School Holidays. $910/night - ($140 discount).
Off Peak - All other dates.
$700/night - ($200 discount).

A self-contained flat with a large bedroom with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, kitchenette (with fridge and microwave) and a dining/lounge area. There is direct access to the north-facing garden.'
